They tore it down to the studs and built it all back up with excellent plans, schedule, management of subcontractors, countertops and custom cabinets. The project stayed on and met the twelve-week schedule they laid out. The Cambria countertop measurements, production and installation took at least three to four weeks of that timeline and that could only happen AFTER the cabinets were installed, so their part actually went pretty fast. They took the time to make the cabinets fit our older house's kitchen measurements/eccentricities and supplies/appliances that we used."

The bathroom is beautiful and more than we expected. Filipp did a great job answering questions and was very courteous and knowledgeable about tile work and was on time. "Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

It took her a couple of revisions, but in the end it was how we envisioned it. Our project manager was Bill and he was very helpful. I had a lot of questions through out the process and he was very knowledgeable. He made sure our house was clean at the end of each day which was important to us because we have small kids. The price was towards the top of our budget but overall I thought it was worth it. They made everything simple, they walked us through every process and the workmanship was top notch. Overall we are very pleased and we do love how it turned out."
